Host the infrastructure of tomorrow.

A charging station on your property, open to every driver. They pay at the stall — the revenue, the credits and the asset stay yours.

Host-owned Open to the public DC Fast Charging Storage Incentive Structuring

Your parking lot becomes a public charging station that pays you.

This is not private charging for your tenants or your fleet. It is a public station — listed in the navigation apps drivers already use, open to anyone who pulls in — sited on your property and owned by you.

You own it The asset is yours

The stalls, the switchgear and the revenue sit on your balance sheet. Not a lease, not a licence, not a revenue share with a network you do not control.

The public uses it Open to every driver

Listed and routed to in the apps drivers already navigate with. Every session is a paying customer arriving at your property — and dwelling on it for 20 to 40 minutes.

You get paid Three revenue lines

Per-kWh charging revenue, quarterly LCFS credit revenue on every kilowatt-hour dispensed, and the foot traffic those drivers bring to whatever else you operate.

The five pillars

Five pillars. One control layer.

Design, funding, incentives, infrastructure and management are normally five vendors optimising against one another. Revio runs them as a single system, on one model and one schedule.

DC Fast Charging

Up to 500 kW, open to any driver who pulls in. Plus 1.2 MW Tesla Semi Megacharger stalls and 125 kW base chargers — sited, permitted, energized and monitored.

Tesla Semi

Freight charging, at depot scale.

Class 8 electrification runs on power most sites have never carried. We engineer the service, the switchgear and the yard around it — from a single Megacharger stall to a full depot.

Megacharger

Up to 1.2 MW

Ultra-fast charging that helps drivers get back on the road faster. With up to 1.2 MW of power, Megacharger can add up to 60% of range in 30 minutes.

120 kW, depot & overnight

Lower power charging designed for longer stops at depots and overnight use. Delivering 120 kW of power, Basecharger can add up to 60% of range in four hours.

Portfolio & Fleet

Public stalls at retail centers, hotels, grocery and travel plazas — plus private depot charging where you run your own vehicles. Networked, load-managed and metered for credits.

Site intelligence

Every charger in America, scored in real time.

Behind every Revio proposal is a national intelligence layer: every public charging location in the United States, the Tesla network, freight corridors and NEVI funding routes — fused into one live map that scores any parcel in the country before we ever quote it.

National coverage

Every public charging site in the U.S. in one system — every network, every connector, refreshed continuously.

Tesla network overlay

Supercharger sites and gaps mapped against your market, with fast-track host screening built in.

Freight & NEVI corridors

Federal funding routes and freight flows overlaid on demand, so the capital finds the site.

Proprietary site score

Traffic, grid capacity, competition, incentives and utilization — compressed into one auditable score per parcel.

All 50 states Every public network Scored per parcel Proposal in minutes, not months

Type an address and the platform returns what used to take a consultant six weeks: a ranked site score, the incentive stack, and a full site analysis with a proposal attached.

What the platform returns

Screens from the system our own team underwrites with. Every figure below is a modeled output for a real California parcel — the same package you receive for yours.

One contract. One accountable principal.

Generation, storage and charging typically arrive as four vendors, three schedules and no owner. Revio underwrites the entire scope — first model through commissioning — and answers for it.

01Load & production modeling

Interval data, tariff analysis and dispatch simulation precede any pricing conversation. Every assumption is stated and yours to audit.

02Engineering & design

Single-line diagrams, structural and electrical design, service capacity and load management, prepared for licensed engineering review.

03Permitting

AHJ submittals, plan check and inspection managed as critical path rather than afterthought.

04Utility interconnection

Applications, service upgrades and permission to operate tracked to energization.

05Execution

Installed by licensed, bonded and insured trade partners we vet and hold to one specification, one schedule and one point of accountability.

06Commissioning & stewardship

Startup testing, performance monitoring, warranty administration and long-term service of the asset.

Capital & incentives

Incentives underwritten in house, never brokered out.

Credit revenue, grant capital, rebates and tax position enter the pro forma at design stage — then our own staff registers, reports and monetizes them for the life of the asset.

Explore the incentive program

LCFS credit generation & monetization

CARB registration, quarterly fuel reporting and credit disposition for every port you own. From the 2026 compliance year only directly metered electricity earns credits, and annual data must be attested by an accredited verification body — we specify the metering at design, hold the data and carry the verification.

Fast charging infrastructure (FCI) crediting

Qualifying DC fast charging sites earn capacity credits for up to ten years on top of per-kWh energy credits. Light- and medium-duty applications run through 2030 — eligibility, uptime obligations and filing strategy are settled at design stage, while they can still change the outcome.

Grant capital & make-ready

CALeVIP and the Fast Charge California Project, EnergIIZE for medium- and heavy-duty fleets, NEVI corridor solicitations, SGIP for storage, and SCE, PG&E and SDG&E make-ready programs — tracked by funding window, matched to the asset and filed on your behalf.

Tax position & compliance

Federal credits and accelerated depreciation coordinated with your tax counsel, with construction sequenced to placed-in-service deadlines rather than discovered against them. Attestations, uptime records and annual verification carried in house.
