Terms of Use
Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms govern your use of revio360.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They apply to the website only. Any project Revio actually performs for you is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement controls.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Revio, LLC (“Revio”, “we”). Revio develops, governs and manages energy projects — public EV charging, solar and storage — on property owned by our clients.
Unless otherwise stated in a formal written agreement, Revio does not itself perform construction work for which a construction trade licence is required under California State License Board (CSLB) rules. That work is performed by appropriately licensed trade contractors.
2. The information on this site is not an offer
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, a commitment to finance, or a guarantee of any outcome. No contract is formed by your use of the site or by submitting a form. A binding relationship arises only from a written agreement signed by both you and Revio.
3. Estimates, calculators and modelled figures
This site contains calculators and illustrative figures — incentive and credit values, revenue and payback estimates, throughput assumptions, site scores. You should understand these clearly:
- They are modelled estimates based on assumptions, not quotations and not a guarantee of revenue, savings, credit value or eligibility.
- Actual results vary with your site, utility, tariff, interconnection outcome, utilization, equipment, construction conditions, and the program window that is open when you apply.
- Incentive and credit programs — including LCFS, NEVI, CALeVIP, EnergIIZE and utility make-ready programs — are set by third parties. Their rules, funding levels, credit prices and eligibility criteria change, and funding can close without notice. Revio does not control them and cannot guarantee any award, registration or credit price.
- Any figure shown for an example parcel is an illustration, not a representation about your property.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, engineering or investment advice. Get your own professional advice before making a decision. Do not rely on this site as the sole basis for any investment or financial commitment.
4. The site-scan tool
The site-scan tool returns publicly available mapping and satellite imagery for an address you enter, together with preliminary observations. It is a screening aid only. It does not constitute a site survey, a structural or electrical assessment, a title or boundary determination, or confirmation that a project is feasible or permittable at that location. Imagery may be out of date or imprecise. Only submit addresses you have a legitimate interest in.
Mapping data is provided by Google Maps Platform and its use is subject to Google’s Terms of Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or third-party information through our forms, or impersonate anyone.
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or harvest contact details.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the site, or use automated tools against our forms or the site-scan tool.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any part of the site beyond what is displayed to you in the ordinary use of a browser.
- Use the site in violation of any applicable law, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights.
We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches these terms.
6. Information you submit
You confirm the information you submit is accurate, and that you are authorised to provide it — including where it concerns a property or an organisation. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Aside from personal information, any material you send us that is not confidential under a signed agreement may be used by us for the purpose of responding to and servicing your enquiry.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, graphics, photography and software are owned by Revio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of working with Revio. You may not otherwise copy, republish, redistribute or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.
Product names, marks and imagery belonging to third parties remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only. Revio 360 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. References to Tesla equipment describe hardware that may form part of a project; they do not imply any relationship with or approval by Tesla.
8. Third-party links
Where the site links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
9. Availability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content, calculator output or mapping data is accurate, complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revio and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost incentive or credit value, lost business opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — whether the claim is in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if we were advised such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Revio harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or information you submit that is inaccurate or that you were not authorised to provide.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Revio submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California, for any dispute arising out of or relating to this website, and each of us waives any objection to venue there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Revio regarding this website.
