Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 August 2026
This policy explains what Revio, LLC (“Revio”, “we”) collects when you use revio360.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to get it deleted. It covers this website only — not services delivered under a separate signed agreement, which are governed by that agreement.
1. Information you give us
Everything in this section is collected only when you choose to submit a form. The forms on this site ask for some or all of the following:
- Identity and contact details — first and last name, email address, phone number, and company or organization name.
- Property and project details — site address, property type, the scope you are considering, charger class, number of stalls, timeline, existing assets, and any notes you write.
Name and email are required to submit a form; the rest is optional. Please do not send us sensitive personal information — government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information — through this website. We do not ask for it and have no need for it.
2. Information collected automatically
- Referral and campaign data — the page you submitted from, the
referring website, and any
utm_source,utm_mediumorutm_campaignvalues in the link you arrived on. This travels with your enquiry so we know which channel it came from. - Site-scan location data — if you use the site-scan tool, the address you enter and its resulting latitude and longitude are attached to your enquiry. This only happens if you run a scan and then submit a form.
- Usage analytics — aggregate page-view counts collected by Vercel Web Analytics. This is cookieless and is not used to build a profile of you or to track you across other websites.
- Server logs — our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, for security and reliability.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cross-site advertising pixel on it. Because our analytics are cookieless, there is nothing here for a cookie consent banner to ask you about.
3. Why we use it
| Purpose | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Responding to you | Contacting you about the project you asked us about, by phone or email. |
| Assessing a site | Producing feasibility, capacity, incentive and financial modelling for the property you identified. |
| Operating the business | Recording your enquiry in our internal deal-management system and routing it to the right team. |
| Security and reliability | Preventing abuse of our forms and keeping the site available. |
| Legal obligations | Meeting record-keeping, tax and program-compliance requirements. |
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Who we share it with
We are not in the business of selling personal information for money, and we do not do so. We do share it in these ways:
- Within Revio — your enquiry is recorded in the RevioShare deal portal, an internal Revio system.
- Trade and program partners — to deliver a project we may pass your details to licensed trade contractors, engineering firms, utilities, equipment suppliers, and incentive or credit-program administrators. When you submit a form you are consenting to be contacted by Revio and its partners about your project.
- Service providers — hosting, database, email and mapping vendors that operate the site on our behalf, under contract and limited to that purpose.
- Legal — where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims. If Revio is involved in a merger or sale of assets, enquiry records may transfer as part of that transaction.
A note on “sale” and “sharing”. California law defines those terms broadly, and disclosing your details to partners so they can contact you about your project may fall within them even though no money changes hands. You can tell us to stop at any time — see section 6.
Mapping and address lookup
Address autocomplete and satellite imagery are provided by Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of loading the page.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to pursue or service the project, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax, accounting and program-compliance purposes. Where a project proceeds, incentive and credit programs such as LCFS impose their own multi-year record-retention requirements, and records tied to those obligations are kept for the period the program requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
6. Your rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — including telling us to stop passing your details to partners.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website, so in practice there is nothing to limit.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 9. We will verify your request — usually by confirming you control the email address or phone number on the enquiry — and respond within the timeframe the law requires. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.
If you are outside California, tell us what you want done with your information and we will honour the same rights wherever we are able to.
Withdrawing consent to be contacted
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message from us, or by using the details in section 9. Opting out of marketing contact does not stop messages we must send about an active contract.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted to our systems over encrypted connections, and the credentials used to do so are held server-side and never exposed to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
