How customers opt in to text messages from Revio
Last updated 19 October 2026
Revio, LLC, formerly The Solar Team, LLC (“Revio”), sends text messages about appointments and enquiries only to people who ticked an unchecked box on one of our forms. This page shows the two places that box appears, the exact wording a person agrees to, what we send afterwards, and what we keep as the record of consent.
1. Who sends the messages
Revio, LLC, 1968 S. Coast Hwy #2800, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Messages are signed “Revio”. Questions about the program: (951) 401-5025 or privacy@revio360.com. The program is governed by section 15 of our Terms of Use and the text-message section of our Privacy Policy.
2. What we send, and what we never send
Messages are about the person’s own enquiry and appointments: a confirmation when a consultation is booked, a reminder the day before and shortly before it starts, a note when a time changes, and replies to questions they asked us. Typical volume is two to five messages per appointment. Examples of the messages as they go out:
Revio: your EV charger call about Main Street Plaza is tomorrow, Tuesday at 10:00 AM PT. Please confirm or pick another time: https://…
Revio: your EV charger call about Main Street Plaza starts in about 15 minutes. Join: https://…
We do not send marketing, promotions, offers, or anything on behalf of a third party by text. Nobody receives a text who has not opted in, and no mobile number or consent record is shared with or sold to anyone.
3. Where consent is collected
There are two places. In both, the box starts unchecked, it sits apart from the button that books or submits, and leaving it unticked changes nothing else: the appointment is still booked and the enquiry still sent. Ticking it is never a condition of anything.
3a. The appointment booking page
A person who has asked about EV charging on their property receives a one-time booking link by email. On that page they pick a time and enter their name and phone number. The text-message box is directly under the phone field and reads, in full:
Text me about this appointment. I agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates by text message from Revio, LLC at the number above. Message frequency varies (typically 2 to 5 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of booking. Privacy Policy · SMS Terms
The two underlined links open this site’s Privacy Policy and the SMS section of the Terms of Use. The box is disabled until a phone number has been typed, so it cannot be ticked for a number that does not exist.
3b. The enquiry forms on revio360.com
The confidential assessment forms on the home page, the charging quotes page and the incentives page carry the same kind of box beneath the phone field. It reads, in full:
Text me about this enquiry and my appointments. By checking this box you agree to receive text messages from Revio at the number above. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
4. What we keep as the record
Each tick is stored as its own record: the mobile number, the exact wording that was on the screen, the date and time, which form it was, the booking link it came from where there was one, and the IP address and browser of the device. Nothing is texted to a number that has no such record, and the check is made again before every message, not once at sign-up.
5. Stopping, help and cost
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. One message confirms the cancellation and none follow. The consent record is marked revoked at that moment.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (951) 401-5025 or privacy@revio360.com.
- Message frequency varies, typically two to five messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
